This Indenture made this twenty fourth day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Seven, between Robert Larymore of Tattnall County and State aforesaid of the one part and Stephen Kirk of Baldwin County and State aforesaid of the other part witneseth that the said Robert Larymore for and in consideration of five hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presence the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell unto the said Stephen Kirk his heirs and assigns, all that tract or lot of land containing two hundred two and one half acres lying and being in Baldwin County known by number twenty eight  in Tenth District of said County.  Together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances to the said tract of lot of land, belonging or in anywise appertaining thereto and the (rents issues?) and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Stephen Kirk his heirs and assigns to have and to hold the said said tract or lot of land and premises aforesaid unto the said Stephen Kirk his heirs and assigns, executors and administrators forever in fee simple and the said Robert Larymore for himself and his heirs the said tract or lot of land and premises aforesaid unto the said Stephen Kirk his heirs assigns Executors and administrators do warrant and forever defend against the claim of himself his heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever, claiming or to claim the aforesaid premise.

In Witness whereof the said Robert Larymore hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year aforesaid.  Signed, Sealed and delivered in present of:
