Know all men by these present that we W.A. Kirk and Mary H. Kirk his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred and Sixteen and 13/100 Dollars to us in hand paid by H.C. Williamson (__?) of the County of Irwin and State of Arkansas, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said H.C. Williamson and unto their heirs and assigns forever, the following lands lying in the county of Irwin and State of Arkansas to wit: East half of the North East quarter of Section thirty three (33) in township ten (10) South of Range Twenty Nine (29) West containing Eighty acres more or less to have and to hold in same unto the said H.C. Williamson and unto their heirs and assigns forever with all apportenances wither unto belonging and we hereby covenant with the said H.C. Williamson and Bro that we will forever warrant and defend the title to said lands against all lawful claims whatever.  And I Mary H. Kirk wife of the said W.A. Kirk for and in consideration of the said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said H.C. Williamson and Bro. and my right of dower in and to the said land.  Witness my hands and seals on this 1st day of June 1881.

Be it remembered that on this day and before me the undersigned a Notary Public within and for the County aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting W. A. Kirk to me well known as the grantor in the foregoing Deed and stated that he had executed the same for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth. and on the same day also voluntarily appeared before me the said Notary Public Mary H. Kirk wife of the said W. A. Kirk to me well known and in the absence of her said husband, declared that she had of her own free will signed and sealed the relinquishment of dower in the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein contained and set forth, without compulsion or under influence of her said husband.  Witness my hand and seal, as such on this 1st day of June 1881
