Yes, I have a microsoft word document that contains the "Transcribed Text" from the original deed.  It is not a photographic scan of the original document, therefore it could contain errors.  However, my wife and I are in the process of moving to a new home on 26 October and my files are packed away in boxes.  If you can wait until sometime in November, I would be happy to send it to you.
