This is in re your message of 28 January, about the Womack family.  My husband was a descendant of Abraham's son William, through William's son Degychen.

On my family group sheet for Abraham and Judith, I have listed sons Charles and William, and daughter Lucy E., possibly the same as your Anna.  I have that Lucy married William Kirk.  William's wife may have been Mary Ann Silvey, although no proof has been found, at least to my knowledge.

Notes attached to this sheet read (1) (ref. Virginia McMillion, a correspondant several years ago):
Abraham named in his will (probated May 1834 in Monroe Co GA), his wife Lucy, son Charles. grandson William Kirk; granddaughter, Sarah Cabaniss; Wilkins Hunt; Alexander Hunt.  Executors: Charles Womack, Hinchy Lary(sic), Wilkins Hunt.  Will was written May 3, 1833.

Note (2) (ref: Thiele, whose brief manuscript was sent to me by V. McMillion): William Hunt, b. 18 Dec 1798 in Hancock Co GA, m. Lucinda Kirk (daughter of Lucy Womack?) on 22 Feb. 1825. She d. 10 Jan. 1826. He m.2. Julia Ann Root on 22 Feb. 1838. He d. 2 Jul. 1882 in Victoria TX.

That's the whole sum of my knowledge of the Kirk family, and it seems not to agree totally with your data, other than to note a connection of the Womack and Kirk families.  I have a tentative line for Abraham that I'm not at all sure about, other than to feel sure it goes back to the immigrant William Womack and his wife Mary Ann Allen.  I'm also descended from this couple; one of their daughters married a Puckett is my line.  So my husband and I were very distant cousins.  My husband died  in May of 2001.

Judith's family - Minter, Michaux, Rochet, etc. - are very interesting.  There are good early French church records.  If you need more on these lines, I'll be glad to share.

Best wishes,
Bernice Spier
